Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at our Store. Once you place your order, the order processing & production time will be separate from the shipping time that you see at checkout. Most orders are shipped within 2-7 business days after your order has been submitted (excluding weekends and holidays) and after receiving your order confirmation email. The fulfillment time frame may vary for each order. There could be potential delays due to holidays, a high-volume season, or postal service problems outside of our control. You will receive another separate notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic U.S. Shipping Rates And Estimates

STANDARD FLAT RATE SHIPPING (WITH ADDITIONAL PER ITEM FEE): 

Standard shipping is offered at a base $6.00 USD flat rate fee per order plus a $1.00 additional shipping charge for each physical item that’s in your order. Orders ship within the United States only, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces regions, and any unincorporated territories of the United States such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. ESTIMATED DELIVERY time for Standard shipping is up to 2-10 business days. (Please note: There is a standard production time of 2-7 business days before any items are shipped.) You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

PRIORITY SHIPPING: 

As an alternative to Standard shipping, we offer a base expedited Priority shipping fee at a flat rate of $10.99 USD per order plus a $2.00 additional shipping charge for each physical item that’s in your order. Orders ship within the United States only, except for Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces/Military regions, and any unincorporated territories of the United States such as Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, Guam, etc. ESTIMATED DELIVERY time for Priority shipping is to 2-3 business days. (Please note: If you choose Priority Shipping, this does not change the standard production time of 2-7 business days before any items are shipped.) You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How Do I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which can include a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. If a tracking number is provided, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at: tehbcreates@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes

There are some mail carriers that may have limitations when it comes to shipping to P.O. Boxes. Some carriers may not deliver at all to P.O. Boxes and some may transfer a package to another mail carrier service that does deliver to a P.O. Box. Using a physical street address can help to avoid the risk of a package being returned or delayed due to a carrier’s limitations.

Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

FINE ART PRINTS, ORIGINAL ARTWORK, & COMMISSIONS

Choosing art pieces can be a delicate but thrilling experience. Please pay great attention to what catches your eye and be certain that your selection is the print you wish to purchase. We do not offer exchanges on purchased Fine Art Prints or Original Artwork. Additionally, we do not offer refunds on purchased Fine Art Prints or Original Artwork, unless under extenuating circumstances such as damage to the print itself during transit. All commissions are final sale, and no returns, refunds, or exchanges apply.

Fine Art Prints:

Fine Art Prints are generally nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. However, sometimes things are beyond our control. If your art print itself has arrived to you damaged during shipping or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately (within 5 days after delivery to you) at: tehbcreates@gmail.com, and provide to us: clear images of the packaging that the art print came in, the damaged condition that the art print itself is in, the packaging label, and a copy of your purchase receipt and order number. We will not offer a refund if you do not notify us within 5 days after delivery to you of the art print to report the details of the damage. Once we have received your email within the 5 days after the art print was delivered to you with all the information requested regarding the damaged art print, we will arrange for shipping and handling for you to return the damaged item. Upon receipt of the damaged art print returned to us, we will credit you within 10 days the amount you paid for the art print itself (including any sales tax and shipping charges) back on the payment method in which you made the purchase.

Original Artwork:

In the case where your original artwork itself has arrived to you damaged through shipping, please contact us immediately (within 5 days after delivery to you) at: tehbcreates@gmail.com, and provide to us: clear images of the packaging that the artwork came in, clear images of the damaged condition that the artwork itself is in, clear images of any damage to any framework and/or other hardware that may have been included with or attached to the artwork, the packaging label, and a copy of your purchase receipt and order number. We will not offer a refund if you do not notify us within 5 days after delivery to you of the artwork to report the details of the damage. Once we have received your email within the 5 days after the artwork was delivered to you with all the information requested regarding the damaged artwork, we will arrange for shipping and handling for you to return the damaged item(s). Upon receipt of the damaged artwork returned to us, we will credit you within 10 days the amount you paid for the artwork itself (including any sales tax and shipping charges) back on the payment method in which you made the purchase.

Commissions:

Commissioned pieces are final sale. There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges for Commissioned work.

MERCHANDISE

Merchandise purchased by you qualify for a refund only if the purchased product has been damaged in transit en route to you or if there is a manufacturing error. If you have ordered an item in the wrong size or color or if you have simply changed your mind, this does not qualify for a refund. If your merchandise has been damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact us immediately (within 5 days after delivery to you) at: tehbcreates@gmail.com, and provide to us: clear images of the packaging that the merchandise came in, the damaged condition that the merchandise itself is in, the packaging label, and a copy of your purchase receipt and order number. We will not offer a refund to you if you do not notify us within 5 days after delivery to you of the merchandise to report the details of the damage. Once we have received your email within the 5 days after the merchandise was delivered to you with all of the information requested regarding the damaged merchandise, we will arrange for shipping and handling for you to return the damaged item. Upon receipt of the damaged merchandise returned to us, we will credit you within 10 days the amount you paid for the merchandise itself (including any sales tax and shipping chargess) back on the payment method in which you made the purchase.
